Returns Policy and Size Exchange

 

Due to the limited amount of inventory our store can reserve we highly recommend that you ensure the correct fit of your clothing with the sizing guides provided.

 

We cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or worn.

If your item has arrived damaged please contact us at bisonwaresinfo@gmail.com and we will provide a replacement for you within 30 days of purchase

 

We allow a 30 day window to exchange any clothing items for a different size provided they are not washed, worn, or damaged by use and we have the size you prefer in stock.

If the size you wish to exchange for is not available we can provide a refund

Subject your email with the name of your item and SIZE EXCHANGE

 

Example: Salmon Sweater: SIZE EXCHANGE

You will need to provide your first/last name and your order number

Each size exchange will require a 10% restocking fee and $8 ($25 International) shipping fee for the return label we will provide for you

 

 

Items lost in transit

 

Due to the small size of our business Bison Wares x Cicada Cafe cannot provide replacements for items that have been lost in transit

 

We are currently working to be able to provide shipping insurance options for lost packages in the future
